- При запізненні на посадку вартість квитків не відшкодовується.
- Заборонено проносити на борт зброю, наркотики та алкоголь!
Наявність вищеперелічених предметів може стати причиною для відмови у посадці на борт !
- На борт не допускаються гості у стані сильного алкогольного та/або наркотичного сп’яніння.
- З міркувань безпеки гостей, перед посадкою на борт охорона проводитиме поверхневу перевірку Гостей та їх речей.

- При умові шторму, торнадо та інших природних або техногенних катаклізмів, що класифікуються командою яхти Empress of Canada як Форс Мажор подія буде скасована i вартість квитків буде відшкодована.

- Guests will not be allowed to board if they are intoxicated or are unruly in the boarding area.
- All guests will be patted down and all bags will be searched.
- In case of unfavorable weather for sailing, the boat will not abandon coastal waters and will be shuttling at a safe distance from the shore. Yacht Empress of Canada is a 3-level boat with one open deck and 2 covered decks.
- In case of storms, tornadoes and other natural or man-made disasters, classified by the team yacht as a force majeure, the event will be canceled and tickets will be refunded.
